Discipline is nothing but a set of rules that required us to adopt the proper code of behavior and practice of obeying rules. In a classroom, there are dozens of students enter bringing with them dozens of ways of functioning and these different functioning's urges students to disobey the rules if discipline is not properly maintained in the classroom. To keep everything in a proper way so that there would be no disturbance in the class, then sometimes it is necessary to enforce discipline strictly. An English teacher said, “if discipline is not tackled at an early age, then quality education won’t be achieved (Sam Ogawng)". Without learning and the following discipline in school life, it can cost students in the future in their social lives and professional careers. Childhood is the root of everything. Whatever we learn in childhood will reflect our whole life. The classroom suggested a clear discipline and the students must obey so that their life after school will be well disciplined and organized. Disciplining in the classrooms is an art of the training students to grow up to be well-adjusted part of a healthy society. To be a healthy student it is necessary to obey rules and regulations. It is unhealthy to obey harmful commands both individually and for the fellow-students. Many Students never obey rules and regulations and follow what they want no matter what it is, good or bad. They grow up to set unhealthy patterns of abuse labeled discipline. A classroom must have to have standards so that everything works fine. If there no discipline in the classroom then there will be consequences for not following the rules that keep everyone safe. Let's imagine the chaos that would ensue if there will be no discipline in the classrooms? Students will fight for food (lunch boxes), fist fights between students, writings on the classroom walls, disrespect, weapons in the class, etc. Not much learning would happen and a lot of pain would. Discipline is a manual book of life for students in classrooms and outside of the classrooms, where students try to follow that manual book and live in an organized way of life. It is not limited to wealth, it is just a good habit to live a good life. It is a habit that can be adopted by practicing it regularly. Students should practice discipline in the classroom so that it can help them in their school life and as well as in their professional careers. If we talk about most of the successful people, they consider discipline as a success to their business model. They believe discipline is key to their way to success. If discipline is properly maintained in the classroom then it has benefits for both students and teachers like for students it is giving 100% attention to his studies, eating properly and enjoying good health and also staying away from problems and mishaps that can disturb and harm other fellow students. It is one of the first impressions that people see first and judge others so discipline has to be maintained. Hard working students cannot be successful without discipline it is necessary to follow the discipline to be successful. The discipline is crucial to life, professional career, and study. So, it is more than good to maintain discipline in the classrooms. This classroom discipline can help students to adopt a certain way of lifestyle that will help them in their social lives as well as professional careers. Following are some benefits of obeying discipline in the classroom and why it is important to follow discipline in the classrooms: Relaxation: Every student feels tension during the daily routine work in the classroom. This is the anxiety or we can say that the "unknown fear" about daily life. Due to discipline, students can work properly without any burden in their heads. Everything is clear in the classroom lecture. Staying disciplined helps in listing and absorbing the information in the classroom.
