Through this unit, I have learnt the importance of the teacher's role to the students. Most importantly, I've realised just correcting students won't help them learn english quick, because too much correction may be off-putting for students. It is important to find the students' stage as a teacher. Also I've learnt that being a teacher is not just easy. You need to find out how to contribute the class and able to figure out the suitable activity, study and able to maintain engagement to the class.
