Unit 3 gave me a full description of English teaching methods and techniques. Though I had met some of them before and used in my practice, this information has been refreshed in my memory and I got some new ideas. For example, I am going to use ESA method with a lot of new ideas and activities. I will try to avoid using grammar-translation method as it is really not effective as students concentrate more on learning than the language itself. I've realized this from my teaching experience with the Russian students. Though sometimes I have to explain English grammar in comparison with the Russian. For example, Conditionals, The Passive Voice and so on. I will try to do my best to . avoid their native language.
