I learned that lesson planning helps the teacher to stay on topic and organized. Having a lesson plan wrote down and recorded will allow the teacher to refer back to what was taught and when. The lesson plan will keep the learning process more organized. Planning a lesson will help with teaching in a time frame. There can be a second activate stage to use if the class moved through the lesson faster than anticipated. The lesson plan allows you to set a goal for your students and what you would like them to know by the end of the lesson.
