This was a good chapter and one where I learnt many important things about business english . Learning about the various skills was one of my favourite parts of this chapter. Also the ways in which teaching a group differs significantly from one on one made it clear how as a teacher we can employ different ways to ensure that our students benefit from the teaching learning process.
