This unit on direct speech was very confusing. I struggled on this because the grammar rules seem to be different than how people would speak colloquially. I found myself saying out the sentences out lout and not realizing the difference. I am going to need to review this unit more if I am to teach it. This section feels outdated. I'm interested in how teaching would look different with updated technology such as an Ipad
