This unit spoke about how important speaking and writing are while learning the english language. Speaking the language is found to be easier than learning to write the language. The unit spoke of writing being the most neglected skill while learning english. The unit also spoke about accuracy and fluency activities and how they are equally important. The unit also describes different games that can be played and that games are meant for all ages of learning. Techniques to encourage interaction are also discussed in the unit. Asking students to pair up or do group work are more likely to engage the lesson than if they were working and/or called upon individually.
