Finding ways to work with difficult situations will take on the job experience. This unit was helpful in identifying and addressing common problems with classes. Some of these things will be entirely dependent on the kind of institution I find employment with. Large diversity in skill levels or extravagantly large class sizes will be frustrating. They will not provide what I feel would be the best learning environment for students
