This Unit reflected on the most common problems teachers can encounter with students during lessons. During a first lesson is important to establish rapport with the students and if they don't know each other be sure to encourage the same between them. The start of a lesson should include a warmer activity to stimulate the students. With different levels is important to find a way of teaching where the weaker students don't feel under pressure and where the stronger ones don't get bored. Large classes require greater number of tecniques due to the higher number of students. The use of students' native language should be avoided
