In this unit I have learned the different roles a teacher can have during a class and how these roles can effect the way the students behave and learn. For example while in the role of facilitator the teacher will allow the students to learn for themselves but in the role of manager the main focus will be the teacher. It is also necessary for the teacher to consider the different characteristics of the age groups and language levels.
