This unit was extremely helpful as it allowed me to envision how I might plan for lessons on a daily basis. I have done quite a bit of coaching in the past and my strategy when planning a lesson has always been to create a rough framework of how I want the session to run. I then use that framework to keep the session on track but I will oftentimes vary from the lesson plan based on the needs of the players. This unit reaffirmed that this technique is a good one and will benefit both me and the students.
