Unit 20 informs about different ways of troubleshooting. At the beginning it tells what to do when meeting a group of students for the first times. It distinguishs between a new group – a group of students where no student knows the others and all are unfamiliar with the efl methodology – and an existing group of students who all already know each and are familiar with efl teaching. Building rapport between the students and between the students and the teacher is especially important when facing a new group of students where no knows the others. A fantastic activity here is the pass the ball game with the teacher being involved.
