I have gained a much greater understanding of teaching methods in general and what specific aspects to focus on when teaching efl. I have reviewed grammar that I haven't had to pay attention to for many years and now feel confident that I can explain grammar rules clearly and correctly. I definitely plan on using the ESA lesson format as I can see how each stage of this strategy is beneficial and compliments the the other phases. I have been presented with many ideas for interesting learning activities that I plan to remember and use.
