During this course, I have learned about the importance of, and necessity of lesson planning. As a teacher of esl, my school does not require submission of lesson plans.
Up to this point I did not take the time aside to earn about how to form one. The positive difference it has made in the classroom is blatantly obvious. From now on, lesson planning will be an important, if not the most important, part of my preparation for class.
