You should teach for two productive reasons: accuracy and fluency. One should teach accuracy by drilling and repeating ways to learn the vocabulary but in a fun way. You should make a topic that is interesting and then allow them to work in groups by getting their imagination up and running. Fluency is also important because you want to make sure they know how to use the vocabulary outside the classroom and also to remember it.
