Classroom management is important and critical to provide the best atmosphere possible for learning. An uncomfortable student will not learn nearly as much as a student who is comfortable in the classroom. There are things in the control of the teacher to help provide a comfortable learning environment; for example seating and how the teacher presents speaks to the students. There are also things out of control of the teacher; for example the student's home life and personality.
