In this unit I learned different ways that students can be taught reading and listening. It was interesting to see all the thinking an knowledge we must have to understand the reading and listening content. The example that the "Bears destroyed the Cowboys"" was especially eye opening. The idea of pre-teaching the vocabulary the students need to know but allow them to discover some vocabulary for them selves was also very helpful."
