This unit was excellent. There was a lot of detail for an area that is otherwise avoided by many programs. The wealth of materials in this chapter is also fantastic. It is an oddly overlooked area considering the emergence of so many new technologies. I still prefer to do things in an old school way in the classroom as I hate relying on new technology. In an ideal scenario there would be the option to use such materials but not the obligation. I find that my students are often much more engaged when they have to create the material a little more themselves rather than being spoonfed material from a video or similar source.
