In this unit we saw 2 videos. In the first video the teacher was not motivated and was telling the students that the work was easy and he did not help them with the correct answers. In the first lesson he did not learn the students names but he learned it in the second lesson and that helped engage the students. Second lesson was much better the teacher was motivated happy and gave a good explanation of the lesson plan.
