Having reviewed carefully and dusted off my dormant knowledge of parts of speech, my reflection on this unit is the teaching of English can be simplified into defined and finite parts; at least at the beginner and lower intermediate levels. Or English can become quite complex as we crawl further into the rabbit hole. It must be thrilling for a student to become proficient and explore complexities of a second language.
