Perhaps one of the most important things that I have gained from this course is the fact that I do not know everything. I missed some things on a few occasions and it reminded me that, even though I have been a teacher for 7 years, I still have to be vigilant and observant. Therefore, I will be more humble in my classes. I will remember that I could be missing something, even though I 'know' it. I will be more vigilant in developing more concrete lesson plans, and I will be sure to have back-up material. These are things I do regularly, but I didn't always state or express this during my lessons. I took some things for granted. Furthermore, I will use the insightful feedback as a constant self-evaluation tool to ensure that I am doing the best I can for the students and for myself.
