Proper grammar is important for both beginners and advanced English alike. With beginners it is important because from the start you need to begin with good grammar, if not it can be very difficult to work out. Building off good grammar from the start is essential to well spoken English. For more advanced students it is just as important especially if they plan to live and or study in an English speaking country. The upmost of which is general acceptance, if you don't pronounce correctly the English speaking population will notice, and this could effect future emplowment etc.
