Even though there are several parts to a sentence, they are very well structured and easy to understand. This unit was all about basic English grammar. It was a great refresher of all the different parts of speech and grammar rules of the English language. It was easy to follow and provided me with a clear and concise idea of some of the grammar content I will be required to teach an ELL student. This unit was all about parts of speech: nouns, pronouns, adjectives, adverbs, conjunctions, prepositions, gerunds, verbs, articles - you Name it. The rules for some are complex, and there are always, always exceptions to the rules, particularly with verb conjugation, article use, and prepositions.
