I have read and learnt the important qualities of a good teacher in which these qualities I do considered important being an english teacher. Considering that there are number of factors to recognize a good learner in accordance to its level because young learners and adults have differences in their learning process. It is a great way to do as I always have by heart while working as a teacher to do the responsibility to encourage and nurture my student’s capacity and learning skills in a proper way. I am certainly aware about the effectiveness of the roles to be followed appropriately depends on the type of activity and lesson required.
