Managing class well is one of the keys of a successful class.This unit reinforces and expands my knowledge about managing classes.It gives me instructions to use eye-contact,gesture and the voice to manage classes.It shows me different ways to group students and arrange classroom in detail.All of the suggestions are so practical that I just can refer and exert them.Especially for the detail learning of the teacher’s position in different lesson stages.It helps and supports me effectively.
