I learned that a good teacher should have a passion for teaching and that they should be able to motivate the students by having good rapport and not making their classes so monotone. The teacher should always be willing to help the students out if they have questions any or doubts. I also learned that the teacher must use a different technique when teaching students of different grade levels.
