As a Teacher I will need to assertive to the students needs and keep the class engaged. I feel to become a good teacher the student needs must be met by listening and responding positively. To do so I must not create an overly controlled environment but allow the student to feel comfortable and be able to speak his/her mind without feeling belittled. I must give the student the tools and resources necessary to comprehend and the complete lessons under their own ability and understanding of the subject. As a good teacher, I must have the ability to not only teach but to learn from the students. This will make me a better teacher and help me adapt to the class.
