This unit is all about enhancing a class to get a better result. I've learnt that a good teacher should be kind,patient,entertaining, interactive and must especially love your job.Correct students when they go wrong, concentrate on my teaching as well as on the young learners. As a teacher,i got ro assume the roles of a manager,prompter,tutor,facilitator,manager,observer and a model. As a teacher i need ti be welcoming loving and caring,assess the characteristics of each student and the willingness to learn,desire to practice a new language as well as ask and correct errors. I also learnt of laying enphases on the category of students like age,language awareness and motivation. Especially as adults have a higher motivation of learning than younger learners,though adult learners are sometimes nervous. So as a teacher my class has to be interactive,interesting, be patient on the learners so as to create a conducive environment for learning.
