This unit depicts the rules of a good teacher and characteristics of a good student; and also informs student's different levels and behaviors, according to their age group and culture. It also focus on different positions a teacher must perform in class, for instance: managing, monitoring, as participant, as prompter and so on. I've agreed and learnt with every section in this lesson and gained a wider view knowledge of an English teacher's work. The part of being kind, fair and keen to motivate, monitor and teach students; is also of great importance to me, because it makes people think about the natural skills required to enjoy this new profession, being truly keen on it and good at.
