Form unit 1,I have learned how to be good teachers.There are many different aspects to concern in teaching career,such as equipping with required qualities, acting different roles bases on different classes,teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes and so on. Also,it’s really great to learn about “learners” from this unit.It makes me know more about students.Depending on students’ age,learning experience,motivation,nervousness,language awareness,life experience,culture,language levels and so on,teachers can make the most proper approach to proceed classes and foster their students.
