I learned from this unit how to be a good teacher and how to manage, motivate and correct students. Also, i learned that how to encourage the students to use practice the English language instead their native language. Personally, I'm focusing and caring about psychological aspect to the students as I do to teaching them. My prior experience in teaching English, I've always been telling my students that if anyone of them do not understand i'm ready to repeat the explanation more than once. I've always been caring about communicate or deliver the material of the English language to them, also always making sure that they are doing good job on their homework. The class time is 40 minutes, my plan is that first 5 minutes I give them a brief explanation about yesterday's class then 30 minutes explaining the new class to them and make sure that i have to make them involve and ask questions about it, the last 5 minutes I ask them questions about today's class to see if they absorbed it or not. Finally, I give them a short homework to work on and ask them to show it to me on next day or next class. Generally, this unit has added good information to my knowledge.
