From unit one, I learnt something about the qualities, roles and responsibilities of both teachers and students and so on . First, for the qualities of the teachers, they should be kind, patient, love teaching, lively and entertaining, motivate learners. Second, the relationship teachers and learners, a good teacher should have good subject knowledge, have good rapport and interaction with the class, involve all students equally, correct students without offending them or affecting their motivation, know students' weaknesses and try to give help and individual attention. For the learners , a lot of factors we may consider during teaching : age, culture, language level and motivation for learning.All in all, as a good teacher, one should be fair, have knowledge of their subject, motivate and be aware of the customs and differences of the learners.
