In this unit we've studied a range of very different teaching strategies or themes. Songs, chants and music,playing games, using stories, arts and crafts and drama are all considered. At the end it is put it all together with some actual lesson plans, with which we can use further lesson plans. The first section of the unit looks at the use of songs, chants and music. The second section considers games in the classroom. The third looks at the use of stories. Section four looks at how arts and crafts can be used. Section five explores seasonal activities. The final section contains a number of lesson plans with materials.
