I don't know how much there is to reflect on considering this is an extension of the previous lesson, but I did pay a good deal of attention to the Classroom Management section. I feel that my ability to manage a class has improved since I've started teaching, but one of my biggest issues is enabling attention-seekers. English is compulsory in the school I teach, so many students have very little interest in doing any course material. I think that I've come to see some attention-seeking behaviors as showing that sort of interest, even if its really just a desire to act out and use up class time so they don't have to do work. I want to be better about recognizing what is actual interest and excitement and what is just looking for attention. One thing I did realize is that its easier to "ease up" with teaching style than it is to "crack down" with it. If you're too friendly and permissive from the outset, then students won't be inclined to listen to you when you have to enforce discipline. But if you start as mostly detached, its easier to loosen up as time goes on. I feel it happens naturally in any situation, so it's probably better to start out formally so you can eventually reach the nice middle ground.
