This unit provides an overview on the different aspects that one should pay attention to when apply for an ESL job within or out of his/her home country. Of these, I have realized that it is imperative to associate myself with an internationally recognized TEFL association so that my prospective employers can see me more highly or perhaps I can, by doing so, gain more useful insights as to how to inspire my students further in my future teaching.
