In this unit i have learnt the levels or groupings of learning and speaking english, the factors, qualities and roles of a good teacher as well as a good student or learner.As a teacher you have certain role and responsibilities you owe to yourself and you student that is beyond just teaching english you should constantly encourage, motivate and pay attention to their individual needs as it concerns learning.correct where necessary but never for the purpose shaming them but to encourage them to do better.
