By finishing the unit 1 I was given a good grounding for the roles of the teacher and relationship between a teacher and student. I strongly believe that teachers play vital roles in the lives of the students, as well as serving many other roles building motivation and encouraging the learners while teaching a particular language. As, a good teacher knows how to create classroom environment, modeling, mentoring, organizing, observing and etc. Moreover, besides the above mentioned attributes, a teacher should most importantly have a good subject knowledge to be able to give high quality lessons. Therefore, it is very important for a teacher to have all the required qualities and experience for teaching the students effectively.
