Encouragement is extremely necessary when teaching students. Any instructions given, knowledge of the subject along with motivation is key. Teachers should be open and genuinely sincere to their students when struggling. Looking at the the first unit made me aware the important foundations of what it means to be a teacher or an instructor. There are interesting guidelines to look carefully when being a prompter, resource or facilitator. I admire in understanding the qualities of what it means to be a good teacher and a good learner. The first unit was very helpful for me to understand the important framework by establishing the relationship with teachers among students.
