I have learned the important roles of what a good teacher should be. As a teacher, we should always remember the true essence of being a teacher, and being an effective teacher in class. I also learned the different factors of learners and language levels so that I can adjust to their levels of knowledge in english. For me, a good relationship/rapport between teachers and their students is one of the most important thing to build in class. Because this will be the way for a better and effective learning and teaching experience for both teachers and learners.
