I learned in depth on how interaction with students should be. Monitoring the classroom is important but it is important to also not over step the boundaries of the students and allow room for them to grow and come to you as the instructor. It is also important to not ask the students to many personal questions as it may affect how they look at you as the instructor or become a distraction.
