I have learned the the roles of teachers and learners form this unit. The teacher role include controller,organizer,assessor,prompter,participant,tutor,facilitator,model,observer.I understand when and which role I should be in my class activities.As teachers we should encourage and foster our students to good learners. There are some features about learners such as age,learning experience,motivation,nervousness,language awareness,behavior problems and life experience.We should think about these when we prepare our class.Besides that we also need to evaluate our students to find the best way to encourage them.
