As it happened with the present simple unit, teachers must know and understand when and how past tenses ara used. If we understand the differences and the different situations when these tenses are used, we´ll make understanding and learning the concepts easier for our students. The past tense grammar of my mother tongue is very similar but it´s always good to remember and to check there are no misunderstandings so I appreciate what is taught in this unit.
