Unit 6 focuses on different past tenses, those tenses being past simple, past continuous, past perfect, and past perfect continuous. This unit focuses on when their use is appropriate, what forms there are, typical mistakes and errors when using them, and gives sample activate stage teaching ideas. As a native English speaker, I wouldn't have been able to say when each tense would be appropriately used grammatically, as I never put much thought into using them. This unit was helpful by giving specific reasons the tenses are used, and some good teaching ideas.
