Unit six was a relatively short unit that dealt with the past tense in English language. In this unit, I came across the four forms of the past tense: simple past, past continuous, past perfect and past perfect continuous. The formula to construct a sentence in affirmative, negative and question form in respect to the four forms of past tense were also taught in this lesson, along with the general idea about the common mistakes that can be observed during the usage as well as the techniques that can be applied to teach the different forms of past tense.
