In Unit 2, the content was comprised of the many aspects of grammar used in English and their meanings. I learned from this unit the importance of knowing and teaching proper grammar, so that students can confidently and correctly form proper sentences that make sense. Without understanding the definition of each piece of grammar in language, it makes it that much more difficult for one to successfully contextualize what they are trying to communicate, which can discourage a learner. It is imperative for a teacher to master teaching grammar in order for their students to be successful.
