Never lose your temper or raise your voice. Shouting is useless. Even if any student’s behavior is very awful, don’t get angry, calm down and then have a talk with that student. Then, English teachers should be understanding and helpful. Students may have some specific problems, so teachers shouldn’t prejudge. A good teacher has to think from a pupil’s point of view, entirely understand the reason for students’ behavior, and only then make any decisions. A teacher should give students some help or advise how to overcome their problems. Moreover, it is important to be creative and entertaining.
