From unit 3,I get much useful information about methodology,mistakes and feedback,which do me a great favor in teaching.Especially for the methods and techniques part,I indeed have expanded my field.In this unit,it shows me many methods of teaching language,which I can refer to according to different classes.The most important is the ESA learning.The lesson not only demonstrates what ESA are and how important they are,but also introduces how to apply ESA in the class.I have received many useful and stimulating ideas of ESA in this unit.I really benefit from those ideas of ESA ,as well as the examples of ESA lessons.They will largely improve my teaching effectively.I will mark them for my further study so that I can have my suitable lesson forms for different classes.Also, as a teacher,I should be careful to correcting and giving feedback.I have learned the feedback and correction techniques in unit 3,but I realize different conditions need different requests.I will try my best to apply what I have learned flexibly.In conclusion,Unit 3 offers me the most information for lesson planning,and how to improve the quality of a class furthest.Thank you.
