Base on Unit 3, I've learnt lots of useful knowledge about some common methodologies and good techniques which bring out the best result in teaching. Thanks to these above descriptions, I can be more flexible to plan many interesting lessons to help the students study more effectively as they can. With the brilliant method 'ESA' by Jeremy Harmer, it gives many benefits for both teachers and learners to approach the best results in the classroom. Some popular examples of elicitation techniques are used in class such as flashcards, drawings, gap fill or lists are the favorites of students. By following the components of an 'ESA' lesson and applying some examples of it, I personally think, the class will be more fantastic and wonderful to join. To sum up, my teaching knowledge is enlarged thanks to this Unit 3, it's awesome delightful.
