I learnt that first impression is equally important in life as in the classroom. I specifically mean establishing rapport w ith the class as well as first lessons. Warmers are especially needed during first lessons. Varied level of students may be a problem but now I know what to do with weaker and better students. Using L1 is sometimes problematic so students should not overuse it. Relactant students are quite a challenge for teachers
