It is very important to learn how to manage a class. This unit covered some essential information for teachers. I enjoyed the part about administering discipline because sometimes one disruptive person can affect the learning of the whole class. It is important to be firm but not lose your temper. If a teacher handles the situation in a proper way then the teacher can actually gain more respect from the other students.
